12cl.   Tomato Juice

2cl     Lemon Juice

3       Dashes of Tabasco

2.      Dashes of Worcestershire sauce

1.      Pinch of Freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a tumbler with ice and garnish with a stick of celery. 

Garnish 

With a celery stalk.

Tips

Use plenty of ice to chill the drink quickly and reduce dilution. For extra kick and complexity add a teaspoon of horseradish sauce.
